Welcome to Always DTF! By visiting our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

⚙️ 1. Overview

This website is operated by Always DTF, located in Dallas, Texas.
Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Always DTF. By accessing our website or purchasing products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

🛒 2. Products & Services

Always DTF offers custom DTF gang sheets, UV DTF sticker transfers, and related printing services.
All products are custom-made based on the artwork and specifications provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and policies at any time without prior notice.

🧾 3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website or authorized sales channels.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded (see our Return & Refund Policy).

🎨 4. Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork files are:

  • High resolution (300 DPI minimum)

  • Correct in size, layout, and colors

  • Transparent background (PNG recommended)

Always DTF is not responsible for design errors, misspellings, or poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly prepared files.
If you’re unsure, email your file to adam@alwaysdtf.com for a free artwork check before ordering.

🔥 5. Production & Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 1–3 business days after artwork approval.
Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to file issues.
Always DTF is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) once the package leaves our facility.

🚚 6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and method selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the possession of the carrier, but we’ll assist with claims whenever possible.

🚫 7. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Once verified, we will issue a reprint or replacement.

💬 8. Communication & Support

By placing an order, you agree to receive order updates via email or SMS.
We respect your privacy — marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and you may unsubscribe anytime.

🧑⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

Always DTF is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses due to misuse, application error, or customer-supplied file issues.

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
