At Always DTF, we know fast and reliable delivery matters. Every order is printed, packaged, and shipped with care from our Dallas, Texas facility. Please read below for full details on our shipping process, delivery options, and estimated turnaround times.


🚀 1. Order Processing Time

All DTF and UV DTF orders are custom printed to your design specifications.
Processing begins once your print-ready artwork and payment are received.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Large or bulk orders: 3–5 business days
    If your file requires adjustments or approval, processing may start after confirmation.


📦 2. Shipping Methods

We ship orders across the United States using trusted carriers:

  • UPS Ground / 2-Day / Next-Day Air

  • USPS Priority Mail / Express
    Customers can select their preferred shipping option during checkout.

💡 Please note: Delivery time depends on the carrier’s service speed and does not include print production time.


🏬 3. Local Pickup (Dallas, TX)

If you’re located near the Dallas area, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 7 PM

  • Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM

  • Sunday: Closed

Please bring your order confirmation email or ID when collecting your items.


✈️ 4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, carrier selection, and order weight.
We aim to offer affordable and accurate rates so you get the best value possible.


🔥 5. Expedited Shipping

Need your transfers fast? We offer expedited shipping options, including Next-Day Air and 2-Day Delivery.
Orders placed before 12 PM CST are often eligible for same-day print processing (depending on volume).

📍 6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear.


📦 7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

After your order has been handed to the carrier, Always DTF is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit.
However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a shipping claim with the carrier.

🚫 8. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delay or return, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


🌎 9. International Shipping

At this time, Always DTF ships only within the United States.
We plan to expand international shipping options soon — stay tuned for updates.
