Refund policy

At Always DTF, every print we produce is custom-made to your specific artwork and order details. Because of the personalized nature of DTF and UV DTF printing, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once production has started. However, your satisfaction means everything to us — and we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue with your order.


🧾 1. Custom Product Policy

All DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, and gang sheets are made to order.
Once your design has been printed, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect file uploads

  • Low-resolution artwork

  • Design errors or typos in submitted files

  • Wrong size or color selection made during ordering

Please double-check your artwork and order details before checkout. If you’re unsure, contact us — we offer free file checks to help prevent mistakes before printing.


⚙️ 2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at adam@alwaysdtf.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll gladly reprint or replace the affected items at no additional cost.


🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or pressed transfers

  • Custom designs with artwork or color issues from customer files

  • Orders where incorrect sizes or sheets were selected at checkout

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our facility


💬 4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before printing begins.
If your file has already been printed, we cannot offer a refund. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel — we’ll check the status and assist you.


🚚 5. Shipping Issues

We carefully package all transfers to prevent damage during transit.
If your shipment is lost or delayed by the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.), we’ll help file a claim and work toward a quick resolution, but we cannot guarantee refunds for delays outside our control.


🕒 6. Reprint Requests

If your print didn’t come out as expected, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll evaluate your case and offer a free reprint or credit when applicable. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
